Amazon’s Brain Spasm Over My New Novel. Arghhhhh!!!

This is a post about a big mess I was hoping to avoid talking about, but I’m getting emails and PMs from confused readers, so now I have to spill.  Arghh!!!

Okay, here are the PNR novels in my Witchery Series trilogy:

1.) The Witches of Dixie: Book One of the Witchery Series
2.) What Witches Want: Book Two of the Witchery Series
3.) Call of the Witches: Book Three of the Witchery Series

Call of the Witches is the new one.  It just came out September 30.  In this novel you’ll meet another one of my yummy heroes, Blaine.  Let me warn you, Blaine is SMOKING HOT, and so is this novel.  The sex is erotic and plentiful, and the heat level is high throughout.  This is a very erotic paranormal romance.  Not erotica, but realllllly close!  *naughty grin*

However, Amazon has messed up the title on the Amazon page for it, calling it What Witches Want: Book Three of the Witchery Series.  Confusing, right?  No kidding.

The good news is you can still order Call of the Witches from Amazon on that page because the ISBN number is correct.  In fact everything is correct on the Amazon page, except the title typo.  And it is in stock at Amazon.  Here’s the Amazon link to order:

Once again, B&N.com got everything right, and here is the link to order there:

And if you belong to Goodreads, here is the link at GR, so you can add this novel to your TBR list there:

The readers and fans of this series have been counting the days until this novel came out.  Well, I’m happy to announce it’s out now, selling like crazy, and available everywhere online.  Or you can order it through your local bookstore.

Just be aware (if you always order from Amazon) that the title is messed up on the Amazon page for it.  Amazon is obviously having a brain spasm. My publisher has been dealing with Amazon ever since they did this, but they say it will take a few weeks to fix their mistake. In the meantime they are confusing the daylights out of everyone at Amazon.

I apologize for the confusion.  All I can do is sit quietly like a good girl (yeah, right *naughty grin*) and sic my publisher (aka. rabid dog) on Amazon until Amazon fixes the mess they have made of this.  In fact, I got this email from my publisher over the weekend, and I quote: "Laura, I’m going to pound on Amazon continually until it’s resolved.  It makes me very angry, especially when I worked around the clock to get the book out on-time.  Sorry again for all the mess."  Gotta love this guy, right?  LOL

So if you love reading my naughty LJ blog every day, and you’re looking for one of my lusty, erotic novels to read, look no further.  Call of the Witches is the one!!  *wicked grin*

I’ll be sending out a notice to my email newsletter list about this novel and Amazon’s mess later today.

Enjoy and happy reading!

xoxo

Awesome you are starting “Call of the Witches” today. Yay!! I didn’t know if you could get to it this soon, considering how long your TBR list is. Wow, this is great news! Can’t wait to hear what you think about it!! *grin*

Thanks for the big box of books!! Friday would be wonderful. And I have some to send you in a week or so too. Big fun!

Be on the lookout for my review on GR later today of “Damned, Delicious, and Dangerous.” AWESOME erotica PNR anthology. Just loved it!

I’m hoping to start reading it soon as well! I lent out the first two to a friend and now need to get them back!

I can’t wait to read this. Did you ever get those review copies?

  4. laura_stamps8 Says:

Lindsay, I can’t send the review copies out yet, because many of my reviewers post their reviews on Amazon, and it would just be too confusing for them with this title typo. As soon as Amazon fixes its mess and the cover goes up I will start sending out review copies ASAP!

However, the new novel is selling like crazy on Amazon today. In fact I just checked the sales rankings for all three novels, and there is a buying frenzy going on at the moment on Amazon for that entire series. Yay! Makes me a happy woman!!
