Sex in the Ocean with Wynn…oh, yeah!
Believe it or not, I’m not a water person. No kidding. Give me the mountains over the beach or the lake any day. Yet so many of the sex scenes in my novels are water scenes. What’s up with that? Who knows. Yesterday was a good example. I finished writing Chapter 2 of my latest erotica novella, Bewitched at the Beach, which is a sex scene with Wynn in the ocean.
Ever had sex in the ocean? I have (raises my hand high *grin*). Just imagine being in the ocean with water up to your waist, the beach crowded with people, your legs wrapped around the hips of a sexy guy like Wynn. And all that rhythmic wave action pulsing around you. Mmm…yummy! Even though no one can tell what you’re doing, I guess you’d have to be a bit of an exhibitionist to try it (raises my hand high). Just make sure your guy has a deep pocket in his swim trunks. You’re going to need a safe place to stash your bikini bottoms for a while. Lose them in the ocean during that “activity,” and you’re in major trouble. Sex in the ocean is kinda like having sex in a swimming pool without the crowds of people and all that delicious wave action. Yeah, I have a swimming pool scene in Call of the Witches. What is it with me and water sex scenes? *shakes my head*
I finished reading another novel (The Beast in Him) last night in Shelley Laurenston’s shapeshifter series. In a few minutes I’ll post my review on Goodreads and the Romance Novels Community here at LJ. It was a cute PNR novel. Now I’m reading Opal Carew’s latest erotica novel, Blush. It just came out on Tuesday, and I was thrilled to get my hands on it. She is one of my fav romantic erotica novelists. This one is about the big O and a Kama Sutra/Tantra master. Need I say more? *naughty smile*
Today, I’m writing Chapter 3 in Bewitched at the Beach. After Wynn and Noelle have fun in the ocean they rest up at their beach house, kinda (wicked grin), and then go out on the town for a night of dancing. Wynn will ask Noelle to marry him….again. She will turn him down….again. What’s with that girl?! If a gorgeous guy like Wynn asked me to marry him I would run off with him into the sunset as fast as my little bunny slippers could take me to have wild rabbit sex for the rest of my life. Duh! But not Noelle. She’s one stubborn, independent woman (not to mention commitment-challenged). Good thing Wynn is a cat shapeshifter. And you know how persistent cats can be when it comes to stalking. Yeah, he loves the chase.
