An Orgasm a Day Keeps the Doctor Away. Seriously!
Wow, this has been an interesting week. Yesterday, when I posted on this blog I had completely recovered from a nasty cold. But a few hours later I came down with an allergy attack. Ugh! January is the worst month for me when it comes to sinus allergies, because dog fennel and pigweed do their thing this time of year in Columbia. And I’m verrrrrrry allergic to those weeds. Turns out I came in contact with them when I feed one of my feral cats, who must been rolling around in the stuff, because it was all over her coat. So my nose started pouring again yesterday, making it another day for Benedryl, Dr. Li’s Chinese tea, and many many lotion tissues. Can you say, "Ahhh-chooooo!!!"
However, today I woke up completely healed again. Yay! One thing that helps me kick a sinus thing really fast is my acupuncture doctor (Dr. Li) changed my ph when he began balancing my hormones every month. My system is now alkaline instead of acidic, and sinus nasties cannot thrive in a body with an alkaline ph. I’m also a vegetarian and eat organic every day. That helps, too.
The other reason I stay so healthy and recover fast is one you’re going to love. It’s my daily orgasm philosophy. No kidding. I discovered my health greatly improved when I got one orgasm or more every day through sex or self-servicing. That’s also why I sleep like a rock every night, even though I’m in menopause and insomnia is a common symptom of that phase of life. But not for me. *naughty wink*
So if you’re looking to improve your health in 2009 and get rid of nasty winter colds and allergies really fast, try my philosophy of an orgasm a day to keep the doctor away. Unless, of course, the doctor is a yummy guy. In that case, well……jump him! You know I would. *lusty grin*
