Hell, I Thought I Hid That Thing!!
When we got in the Uber’s car last night after dinner, I noticed the Journey CD sticking out of his CD player. Of course, I squealed with delight and shoved it in. The Uber looks up and grumbles, "Hell, I thought I hid that thing!" Okay, so he likes Steve Perry/Journey, but he’s not a RABID fan like I am. LOL
But that reminded me of something one of my Goodreads friends (Kim) said yesterday. She wondered if instead of singing "Oh, Sherry," the Uber tweaks the words and sings "Oh, Laura." He laughed when I told him that. He said, "Oh, no. This is your Journey theme song: Girl Can’t Help It, She Needs More!" Yeah, he got that right. *lusty grin*
Speaking of that, every time we tell one of our friends about the Uber landing in the hospital a few weeks ago with his heart racing (A-Fib), they immediately look at me and waggle their eyebrows suggestively. That happened again last night when Crystal found out about it. What’s up with that?! Hey, as you all know I was not wrapped around his body when that happened. In fact I wasn’t anywhere near him. He was on the golf course, ya know? Not my fault. Then they all tell me to go easy on him for a while. Nope. Can’t promise that. Sorry! *wicked grin*
That reminds me of something my dear friend Dan said yesterday in an email. He’s part of my "harem of men." Love those guys! Anyway, here’s what he said: "On sex: I am not sure if I have ever known a woman as oversexed as you, Miss Laura. I knew and dated teenage and college age girls who were pretty obsessed with sex. But you have a comprehensive approach, LOL. I read the other day that something like 55% of women over 25 report a drop in sexual desire and/or a problem achieving orgasm. I wonder if you have any ideas about this? I wonder if you could market this in a book like Sex tips for growing your desire and performance – by the renowned erotica author, Laura Stamps. Speaking of my harem of men, they have been verrrrry active in the last week. We’ve had lots of fun, sexy email chats. LOL! Just what does the Uber think of your “harem of men”? And what is his vote on “cockalicious!”? Sounds like you have quite a following…maybe I shouldn’t let you get too close to my hubby

You crack me up! Actually, I have a national “harem of men” (by email) and a local harem. So I have two harems. I even receive emails from men who have found me on the web and want to “apply for membership to my harem.” Seriously. Yeah, I have lots of fun with these guys. They are all oversexed like me, and they “help” me with my research for my novels, among other things.
Of course the Uber knows about them. His policy is “look all you want, but don’t touch.” Surprisingly, he didn’t think cockalicious was funny. I loved it and thought it was brilliant! But I would, wouldn’t I? *wicked grin*

I happen to think “cockalicious” is a great compliment
It does sound like you have quite a lot of fun with your harems…wonder where I can get me one of those
I think I could quite enjoy the attention. My Hubby’s friend who always hit on me moved away to VA so alas I don’t get the fun compliments as often 
Hubby has been quite attentive since I got home though. One might guess that he missed me though he would rather say it was getting cold at night than admit he missed me!
Sounds like the Uber is feeling much better though! Glad to hear it!
Oh and we need to make plans for lunch so I can get my favorite book signed…did I mention that Call of the Witches is my fav!

“Call of the Witches” is your favorite?? WOW!! You really know how to make my day. Thanks!! I thought it was a really sweet, sexy, erotic novel, so I was pleased with it. I always try to come up with a plot that is different than most of the novels out there. And Blaine was such sweet HOT Beta, I just couldn’t resist writing about him (naughty grin). Not to mention how Maylene, Wynn, and Noelle were always cracking me up. So I’m thrilled you like it so much. Wow, I’m really flattered!!
