I’m Married to a Slut!
Yesterday, as I was getting ready to go out and run my errands for the day, Wes called. He wanted to know if I’d like to have lunch with him.
"Sure, " I reply. "But I have to go by the bookstore, too."
"No problem," he responds. "We can do that before we eat."
Ten minutes later he arrives, and we head out to the bookstore. Wes drives while I answer text messages from one of my cyber-sex guys and a local girlfriend.
Then his cell phone rings. He looks at the number and tells me it’s Gus, his best friend in Charleston.
When Gus asks what he’s doing, Wes replies, "I’m taking my wife to lunch. What a good husband I am!"
I snort and keep texting.
"Gus says I should win the Husband of the Year award for taking my wife to lunch," Wes teases.
"Nah," I say, as I finish typing the last text message. "I should win the Wife of the Year award."
When Wes tells Gus, his friend laughs and asks why I said that.
"Because I wanna fuck all the time," I reply, slipping my cell phone into my backpack purse.
"He hung up," Wes informs me, shaking his head. "I think your trashy mouth scared him off."
"Well, it’s the truth," I protest. "I do wanna fuck all the time."
"Of course you do," Wes exclaims. "I’m married to a slut!"
Now you know why Wes keeps a long leash on me. I’m liable to say whatever pops into my shamelessly slutty head. Like I’ve mentioned in other blog posts, I was born without a filter on my mouth.

Hope you have an awesome holiday weekend. I’ve got a booksigning tomorrow afternoon (1:00-4:00) at Waldenbooks. And a sex date on Sunday with Wes and Viagra. Yowza!
