Wow...I hadn't even thought about that but yes he does come up behind me and put his arm around me and hold me close on occasion. You got me...I guess I took that for granted and didn't pay as much attention to it.

I guess it's the holding hands that I wish he did more often. He does occasionally do it without prodding, but more often than not, I am the one reaching for him.

And yeah threats of public fondling not a good thing. And me ripping his clothes off = bad because they will put us in jail for public nudity!! Don't want to go to jail!!

Occasionally he does sneak in some fondling when he knows no one is looking and sometimes when he knows others are looking. He's a bit naughty himself!

But me, I try to show some restraint. I have to admit though, he did talk me in to having sex once when we were sharing a hotel room with two of his friends. One left to do laundry and the other was asleep with a sinus infection. The one who left to do laundry came back while we were entangled and quickly departed! He never mentioned it and the one who was asleep didn't know until a couple of months ago! In my defense, we had been apart for a whole week! But, that is as close as I have gotten to public sex and probably as close as I ever intend to get!

Well first, let me say congratulations on the new publisher! I'm very excited for you.

And as for your husband, all I can say is I totally understand. Barret is a complete Uber-Alpha. He is definitely an Alpha's Alpha. He doesn't like the whole pda thing either. I usually have to grab his hand or something when we're out.

But then at the same time, there are times he can be SO sweet and he'll hold me or grab my hand or kiss me. I think he knows when I really need it. But he has gotten better at the pda thing a little bit. He actually kisses me on the front porch when we part ways for work.

I'm not much of an exhibitionist either, but ooh I could do him any time day or night. Mine is just like yours, he's always batting my hand away.

Actually, I was thinking about your hubby when I wrote this. I remember when you both came up to me at the booksigning. I was sitting at the table at the time. Remember? And I remember your husband coming up beside you and putting his arm around your shoulder and holding you close. I remember thinking, wow, either he’s a really good friend or her husband, and that’s a very sweet “public” gesture. How about that!

Oooh, he threatens to fondle you in public. Sounds yummy. I’d say, bring it on! And you ripping his clothes off in public and not caring who is around is a bad thing? Why? Does not coompute.

Awesome news about your new publisher Congrats!!

I have a hard time getting my hubby to hold hands in public sometimes. He will hold my pinky but sometimes it’s just nice to hold hands. Then again he is also bad about threatening to fondle me in public. I don’t have an exhibitionist streak, so I prefer for that to happen in private. However, I do enjoy holding hands and kissing and the occasional PDA. Since I am very sensitive to touch and it’s definitely button for me, too much of it would certainly cause me to rip his clothes off and not care who is around! That would be a bad thing, definitely a bad thing!
