Dear Goddess, I Love My Booksignings!!
Okay, drum roll, please…..!! G.L. brought her digital camera to snap the Uber when he made an appearance after golfing. For everyone who’s been wondering what he looks like, here is my yummy, 56-year old, Uber-Alpha husband in all his glory (LOL). Yes, he has a tan from excessive golfing, but he looks this dark in the wintertime too, because he is part Native American. G.L. took a bunch of pics of us (some are hysterical), and I’ll be running one each day of this week. Just think. A week of the Uber….big fun!Speaking of fun, the booksigning was a BLAST!! It was the best yet. I know I say that every time, but it’s true. My booksignings just get rowdier and rowdier, and they’re becoming totally wicked (Gee, what a surprise! *grin*). I sold more books than ever, met some amazing (and very lusty) women, and had a fabulous time.
My latest novel, Call of the Witches: Book Three of the Witchery Series, was a HUGE hit. The Amazon link for it is still messed up. But it’s ready to order on B&N.com, and you can order it through any local independent or chain bookstore. As soon as my publisher gets Amazon to fix the mistake they’ve made in the title I’ll give you that link ASAP.
Guess what? I found out at the signing all the novels in the Witchery Series trilogy (as well as G.L.’s vampy novels) will be featured this month in a special Halloween display in the front window of Waldenbooks. Thanks, Jon!
Speaking of G.L., she surprised me this time. Rather than vamping out in black, she wore a gorgeous, cream, vintage-style dress that just knocked the socks off everyone there. She is truly a glamorous woman!
It was wonderful to see Jen Pressley again, and I met two wild and wonderful women (Lora and Tori) who had just joined Goodreads, read about the booksigning, and decided to come because they love Witches, romance, and hot sex. Totally cool! Yeah, it was the best book party ever.
My next booksigning at Waldenbooks will be Halloween night (we Witches call that sabbat Samhain). In the meantime, enjoy the pic of the Uber. I’ll post another one tomorrow!

Your Uber is HANDSOME! Lucky Girl!! You guys look great together! And I do see the Selleck resemblance! Can’t wait to see the rest of the photos this week! I’ll PM you at GR later–right now I’m going to a little Halloween hay-ride, pumpkin pickin’ thingy with the nephew…:)

Thanks, Auntee!!! Wow, you’ve made the Uber’s day for sure. Can’t wait to tell him you think he is handsome. And you will love the “romance cover pose” he did just for you. What a hoot. Tomorrow’s pic will crack you up, too.
That’s cool you can still see the Selleck resemblance. When he was in his thirties, and his hair was longer so it waved a little, and he didn’t have those 20 extra pounds on his belly, people told him he looked like Magnum all the time. Of course even Tom Selleck doesn’t look like Magnum now, so the Uber will be verrrry pleased you said that. The way to an Uber is always through his ego. LOL
Yeah, you’re right. I am a lucky girl. I just have to make sure I don’t break him, ya know? Last night I gave him another one of those screaming-mimi orgasmic headaches. Oh, well. I’ll try to be a good girl, but…. *lusty grin*

Yeah, when my new PNR vamp series comes out next year I’m going to get a new author pic made (with bangs) for those books. Bangs were my “hair experiment” last year, and I like them so much I’ve decided to keep them.

Sounds like you guys had a great time! I’m sorry I couldn’t make it, I just had too much to do!
I might try to make it out for Halloween night, but I’m honestly not sure what plans we have yet. I’m sure there is going to be a party or two.

Hey Laura, it was great seeing you again on Saturday. I hate I had to leave early and didn’t get to see the Uber in person again. ; -) It was great seeing G.L. again. She did look good in that cream color dress.
