Laura Live….Alrightyyyy!
Saturday morning Rick picked me at the hotel bright and early. Our plan was to shoot several video interviews for the new website that morning. Mark had put together an awesome “set” for our interviews on Friday with perfect lighting. Then he explained to Rick how to operate all the equipment. But Mark was doing some kind of water race competition thingy on Saturday, so Rick and I were on our own that day.
We ended up shooting 5 video interviews, one right after the other. And we may have enough outtakes for a few more (I’ll explain about that in a minute *LOL*).
Let’s see. The subject of the first interview is “Who is Laura Stamps?” This one gives you background info on me and my oversexed libido. Yeah, it’s a hoot. Lots of laughing in that one. That was also the one where I kept forgetting my new tagline. Oh, well… ;)
Then Rick interviewed me about “The Witchery Series” to give listeners an overview of that popular trilogy. After that, he did a separate interview video for each of the three novels in that series.
However, you know how my mind wanders, right? So in all the videos we covered other subjects, laughed like crazy, and had a blast. You’re gonna love them when you see them!
Okay, the reason we had so many outtakes is because I kept stopping in the middle when I wasn’t sure of what I should say. For example:
“Hey, can I say my fav verb and nouns,” I ask, “like fuck, cock, and dick?”
“No,” Rick replies firmly. “Subtlety, Laura. Be subtle.”
“Huh?” I respond. “Does not compute.”
Rick would look back at the camera and sigh, saying,” Take number 220.”
And then we would start all over again.
I think the last time I did that he rolled his eyes and said, “Take number 490!”
Yeah, we had a party on video. Cracked me up! You’re gonna love these interviews when they go up on the new website next month.
Justthink. Laura live and in the flesh. And I’m wearing some of my sexy lace camis too.
Naughty, naughty, naughty. Oh, how I love it! *lusty grin*
