My Motto in Life: Sex, Sex, and More Sex. Sounds good to me!

When the Uber was leaving for work yesterday, something he said reminded me of a dream I was having when I woke up that morning.  "I dreamed you wanted a divorce," I said.  He turns to me and looks totally shocked.  "Why?" he asked.  I shrugged.  "You said you were tired of me," I replied.  He shakes his head.  "I never dreamed that," he said, still looking shocked.  Then he hugged me real tight and left for work.  "Hmm," I thought to myself.  "This could turn into Laura Appreciation Day if I play my cards right."  I rarely have icky dreams.  But when I do I love it when they work to my advantage, ya know?  *wicked smile*

I don’t think I mentioned this but I joined PaganSpace (http://www.paganspace.net) this week.  Wow!  I absolutely love it.  It’s kinda like MySpace for Pagans.  Several of my Pagan friends had suggested it to me this year, but it wasn’t until Ja’niece joined this week that I took the plunge.  And I’m glad I did.  I’m chatting with some really neat people there, and I even found a fun sex group to join (no surprise there, right? *naughty grin*).  I have the coolest page, too.  I tweaked it to be girly cute in my fav color (pink).  Check it out when you get a chance (http://www.paganspace.net/profile/LauraStamps).

On my profile I filled out all the usual info, including my likes and dislikes.  For what I dislike I said: Not much. This is my motto in life: "Don’t worry, don’t complain, just obsess about sex 24/7."  That makes me one of those irritatingly positive, lusty people. And I’m thrilled about it. Delusional, maybe. But quite happy all the same.

Those of you who know me know how true that is.  No matter what craziness happens with the economy or the book business or life I just stay focused on sex.  And sooner or later everything turns out fine.  See?  There are distinct advantages to being delusional, including no worry wrinkles, multiple Os every night, and a lusty smile on my face every day.  Ahhh, it’s good to be me, ya know?  LOL

Last night after dinner the Uber was sitting on the bed with me.  I was trying unsuccessfully to get him to engage in a kissing marathon, which for him would be more than five minutes.  As he struggled to pull away from me, he started kidding me (yet again) about how obsessed I am with sex and my craving for his bod.  "Hey," I reply.  "Some men would be thrilled to be married to a lusty women who wants to have sex all the time."  He laughs and says, "I know."  Then he kisses me on the cheek and gets up to go downstairs to his reclining chair and watch TV.  "I think it’s sweet," he says.

Sweet?  I guess ( scratches my head).  Of course, he meant it as a heartfelt compliment.  As my character Wynn says: "I take my pleasure where I can get it."  So I took it that way, too.  "Thanks," I reply, as I plot my next naughty attack on his bod.

Hey, I may be sweet, but, Dear Goddess, he shouldn’t turn his back on me, ya know?  I could jump his bones at any minute and try to have my wicked way with him.  Ooooh, that sounds like fun, doesn’t it?  Yeah, it’s good to be me.  *lusty grin*

xoxo
