That’s right! “Being Naughty: The Life & Times of an Erotica Novelist” is Book One of the Memoir Series. And it just went live in the Kindle Store last night for $1.99. WOOT!

Dontcha love this cover? Damn, Alex is the most brilliant cover designer ever. And, yes, I modeled in my trashy lingerie for all of the covers in this series. “Still Naughty” (Book Two) and “Always Naughty” (Book Three) will be coming out in the Kindle Store and on my site in pdf in the next week or so. Can’t wait to show you those covers too. They ROCK!!

Plus……drum roll……The Memoir Series will be coming out in the next week or so. HAWT DAMN, these are gorgeous covers!! Can’t wait for you to see them. Alex has got to be the most talented cover designer EVER. Not to mention I’m thrilled to have my X-rated blog published in book form. Finally! And not just in one book, but three: Being Naughty, Still Naughty, and Always Naughty.

Speaking of hot sex, I know I haven’t had much of that on this blog for the last month or so. Sorry. Wes and I are still fucking like bunnies on crack, and he’s behaving very nicely these days. But I’ve been so slammed with book biz stuff I haven’t had the time to write about it.

The Rune Witch Series has been out for a few weeks now, and the comments from readers are starting to come in from across the web (Goodreads, Twitter, Facebook, etc.). So I thought you might like to see what people are saying about this HAWT erotica series.

As you know, I’ve been doing a gazillion interviews for book review blogs the last two months (love them!). And some of those interviews have appeared on this blog. But the one I’m posting today is made up of questions from YOU, my blog readers.

If you follow me on Twitter then you know I’ve been having nightly conversations with a 5000-year old vampire named “Spicy_vampire.” Damn, do I have my work cut out for me with that chilly chick! *falls over laughing* Every time I try to make a party girl outta her she threatens to slap a chastity belt on me. HORRORS!

One night she tried to deter me from coming down to visit her by mentioning there were a couple of hunky Weres guarding her bed during the day while she slept. Alrightyyyyy! You know me. Love those shifters! Ever since then I’ve been wondering how well those yummy guys know how to use their “tools.” *licks my naughty lips*

Jackie Hussein is one of our buds on Twitter. She also has a book review blog called “Insane Hussein.” Believe it or not, Jackie and I share the same birthday. Totally cool! Jackie often joins in on the conversations I have with Spicy as I try to loosen that vamp up and talk her into heading out to Vegas with me to party with some hunky strippers.

An awesome interview with me appeared last Friday on the “Books, Books, and More Books” blog (www.ruthiesbookreviews.blogspot.com). Ruth Schaller did a fab job with her questions! If you missed my tweets about it last Friday I thought you might like to take a look at it here.

I’ve done like seven interviews so far since “A Vampire’s Kiss” was published on March 9. The wild thing is even if some of the same questions are asked (and they are from time to time) my answers are always different. Why? Cause it just depends on what kinda mood this slut is in: slutty, sluttier, or sluttiest. No wonder one of my fans said she loves reading these interviews since she learns something different about me every time. Now you know why. lmao!

Speaking of that, I’m posting most of these interviews on my book site (”Interviews” button at http://www.avampskiss.blogspot.com) if you’d like to read more of them. And I just finished another interview on Thursday night that will go live May 5 on a vamp review blog. I was wide open that night, so it’s the sluttiest one yet. No kidding. What to say, what to say? I say this is going to be a good series. If you like sexy vampires and sassy witches this will be the beginning of a great read for you. The series itself will be released in volumes. I am reviewing the first 3 chapters of Volume 1, “A Vampire’s Kiss”. It’s easy to see how hot and heavy Dray and Sara are headed for. The first three chapters give a tease of the story and introduces our main characters.

Awesome news, isn’t it? And it’s about time, too!

First, I want to thank all of you who’ve stayed with me faithfully through the last year of my insane career. Why? Because it’s been 16 verrrrrrry long months since my last erotic romance, Call of the Witches, was published.

Trust me. I never in a million years planned for that to happen. But Forbidden Publications (who bought my Rune Witch Series) was supposed to publish that ebook novella trilogy in the Spring/Summer of 2009. And Trytium Publishing was set to publish A Vampire’s Kiss in the fall of 2009.

Instead Forbidden went out of business in March, shocking many of its authors, including me. That meant I had to stop working on the vamp novel to find a new publisher for the The Rune Witch Series.

One of my local girlfriends called me on Wednesday night because she was at a crossroads in her life. She’s twenty, and she’s trying to figure out what her next move will be. Almost every area of her life sucks right now, and to make matters worse, nothing she’s done career-wise has clicked for her either. Yeah, that was bumming her out, too.

The problem is she’s a creative person. But she’s under pressure from her family and society to create a traditional life for herself. Yet she knows in her heart that’s just not gonna work for her.

What it boils down to is she’s never given herself permission to do what makes her happy. And she’s not alone. I think that’s what happens to a lot of people at any age. We spend too much time thinking about what we feel we should do rather than finding a way to do what makes us happy.

I did the coolest thing on Monday. Okay, first let me say I’m a verrrrrrry organized person. I mean, how could I write and publish over 45 books in 23 years without being organized? Duh. Plus, organization makes me kinda orgasmic.

Really.

Anyway, when I woke up on Monday morning I was suddenly fed up with the book issue on my new site. Yeah, I was not happy that my book info and links are still at my old books site at Blogger.
