		<description><![CDATA[I’ve already written blog posts in the last year about how much I love my pussy and my small breasts.  So I thought I’d write today about how much I love my sexy bod.  Especially since this is the time of year when I tend to go into shock.  Yeah, my birthday is coming up the first week of April.  

I’ll be 53.  

Eeeek!  There must be some mistake, right?  LOL

Being delusional and always thinking I’m 18 helps soften the birthday blow.  Plus, the fact I tend to dress, talk, and act like a teenager (duh!) doesn’t hurt.  Not to mention, I take really good care of my sexy bod (which is true of all the exhibitionists I know, but that’s another blog post… *kinky grin).

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I’ve already written blog posts in the last year about how much I love my pussy and my small breasts.  So I thought I’d write today about how much I love my sexy bod.  Especially since this is the time of year when I tend to go into shock.  Yeah, my birthday is coming up the first week of April.  </p>
<p>I’ll be 53.  </p>
<p>Eeeek!  There must be some mistake, right?  LOL</p>
<p>Being delusional and always thinking I’m 18 helps soften the birthday blow.  Plus, the fact I tend to dress, talk, and act like a teenager (duh!) doesn’t hurt.  Not to mention, I take really good care of my sexy bod (which is true of all the exhibitionists I know, but that’s another blog post… *kinky grin).  </p>
<p>So why do I take good care of my bod?  Cause it’s the only one I’ve got.  Duh!  LOL</p>
<p>Those of you who know me know I’m a vegetarian, and I eat organic most of the time.  No chemicals for me.  Eeeek!  I also don’t drink alcohol or eat sugar.</p>
<p>And I LOVE to exercise!  I always have.  When I was a teenager I jogged and was into yoga.  The yoga phase didn’t last long.  But I’ve always done some form of exercising, and I LOVE to jog.  Did I mention that?  Oh, right, I did.  <img src='http://www.laurastamps.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>The only time I couldn’t exercise was in my 40s for about five years when I had really bad fibroids.  Talk about painful.  Eeeek!  They put a cramp in my sex life, too.  Horrors!  But then I found a great acupuncture doc, and he got rid of the fibroids naturally, as well as the endometriosis that had plagued me since I was twelve.  Okay, I’ve also been into alternative medicine my entire adult life.  <img src='http://www.laurastamps.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Some of my readers have mentioned they’d love to lose extra pounds and exercise, but they don’t have the time.  Ha!  Like I do?  Not!  Hey, I’m the one who works 10-12 hour days almost every day of the week.  Yet I exercise every day.</p>
<p>How do I do it?  I always say a diet and exercise regime will never work unless it’s a lifestyle change.  That’s definitely true for vegetarians.  We become vegetarians because we wanna eat healthier.  Weight loss is just a nifty side effect, but it’s not the goal.  If it were, most people wouldn’t stay vegetarians.  It’s the kind of thing that takes a lifestyle commitment.  It’s not something you can just add to your present lifestyle.</p>
<p>Exercise is the same way.  It’s gotta fit into your lifestyle, or it’ll never happen.  I don’t know about you, but I work too many hours to hit the gym every day.  However, I do exercise every day.  How do I do it?  I work it into my present lifestyle, rather than trying to fit my lifestyle around it.</p>
<p>I suppose the easy way to do it would be to buy one of those cool exercise machines.  And when Wes the Packrat cleans out my garage (hopefully, sometime this decade *LOL) I’ll do just that.</p>
<p>Until then, I find increments of time during my day to work in a good exercise routine.</p>
<p>For example, before I go to bed at night I lift five-pound weights to strengthen my biceps.  I do 60 lifts with each arm every night.</p>
<p>While my lunch is cooking in the microwave, I do leg lifts to keep my ass tight.  Then I jog a mile.  I used to run outside, but the weather doesn’t always cooperate, and I really hate to miss my run.  So I discovered I could jog in place and get a more efficient workout.  Just count your steps: 1000 steps is half a mile, and 2000 steps is a mile.  It takes me about 15 minutes to jog a mile in place.  If you jog forward and backward (like 5 feet) you work extra muscles in the back of your thighs.  If you do arm circles at the same time you strengthen your biceps and triceps.  Cool!  I used to lift weights for my triceps (nobody wants those hideous bat-wings, ya know?  Horrors!).  But I stopped when I discovered arm circles could do that for me while I was jogging.  Okay, I’m a multi-tasker from waaaaaay back.  <img src='http://www.laurastamps.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>This daily exercise routine keeps my sexy bod toned with daily spot exercises, weight lifting, and jogging 5-6 miles every week.</p>
<p>Hey, if I can do it and work 10+ hours every day, anyone can, right? </p>
<p>BTW, isn’t it cool how this blog post popped into my head the first day of February?  I mean, it’s just in time to help those of you achieve your New Year’s resolutions for losing weight and living healthier in 2010.</p>
<p>See?  I can be helpful and think of others.  Kinda.  Maybe.  Not.  LMAO!!</p>
